All products sold in our store are brand new, retail version and carry a full factory warranty.  We do not sell refurbished products unless we clearly specify them in both the title and description of an item.

Buying

Transactions at mypodelectronics.com are 100% secure with 128-bit encrypted SSL technology. mypodelectronics.com does not keep your full credit card number on file or use your personal information for anything except order processing and shipment. Your card is not charged until your order has shipped.

We will send you two emails after you order. The first is to confirm your purchase and billing and shipping information; the second will notify you once your order has shipped. Models & Price Changes

Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed on our site, please call us or email for information. In addition, manufacturers may change their dealer cost (wholesale) prices at any time without notice. As a result, unfortunately we cannot offer any price protection in the event that a price falls after you have made a purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

Taxes

Mypod Electronics only charges sales tax for orders being shipped to the state of California (7.375%) because that is where our company is located.  If you are a legally tax-exempt organization or an authorized reseller, you may be exempted from paying sales tax by faxing the appropriate documents prior to your order at 530-268-2861.

Bulk orders

Mypod Electronics welcomes bulk orders from individuals, businesses, government agencies, and the military. Through direct relationships with manufacturers, Mypod Electronics normally offers wholesale prices for bulk orders (quantity of 10 or more on most products).
